I recently purchased a home in Gold River that had "good bones" but did require some work. I found Ivan through another electrician who was to busy to take on another job.
Ivan is wonderful. He showed on time and did a great job, Ivan was friendly and professional.
Most of the things I needed or wanted done were "small" jobs. This did not matter to him. Big or small he makes sure the work is done correctly. One of the ceiling fans I had put in developed a tick (sounded like a clock - very annoying!) he came back the day I told him about it and adjusted the fan. Ivan does stand by his work.
